The White fir 'Compacta' (Abies concolor) is a shrub that grows compactly and usually reaches a height of around 3 metres and a width of around 3 metres. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, humus-rich, loose, slightly acidic soil in a sunny to semi-shady position.
