Description
The Japanese Fir (Abies firma) is a woody plant that grows cone-shaped and usually reaches a height of around 2 metres and a width of around 1 metre. Its leaves have a glossy or medium green colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, humus-rich, loose, loamy soil in a sunny to shady position.
