Description
The Corkbark fir (Abies lasiocarpa) is a woody plant that grows upright, conical and usually reaches a height of around 20 metres and a width of around 4 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are blue-grey in colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, sandy, acidic soil in a sunny to semi-shady position.
