Description
The Alpine fir 'Green Globe' (Abies lasiocarpa) is a small tree that grows upright, spherical and usually reaches a height of around 2 metres and a width of around 1.5 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are grey-green in colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, sandy, acidic soil in a sunny to shady position.
