Description
The Algerian fir 'Glauca' (Abies numidica) is a woody plant that grows in a cone shape and usually reaches a height of around 25 metres and a width of around 4 metres. Its leaves are dark green, blue or silver-blue in colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, humus-rich, loose, loamy soil in a sunny to semi-shady position.
