Description
The Noble fir 'Glauca' (Abies procera) is a tree that grows in a conical, loose, picturesque shape and usually reaches a height of around 20 metres and a width of around 8 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are blue-grey in colour. Decorative red-brown cones adorn Abies procera 'Glauca' from September. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, nutrient-rich, acidic, loamy soil in a sunny to semi-shady position.
