Description
The Field Maple 'Nanum' (Acer campestre) is a dense, compact, roundish large shrub that produces greenish-yellow flowers arranged in panicles. They appear in May. These produce brown fruits from August. The Field Maple 'Nanum' also has dark green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, calcareous, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 8 metres and grows to a width of approx. 8 metres.
