Description
The Japanese maple 'Ellen' (Acer palmatum) is a compact, deciduous large shrub with decorative, deeply lobed, medium-green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shaded, sheltered position with well-drained, humus-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.5 m and spreads to approx. 7 m.
