Description
The Japanese maple 'Kinran' (Acer palmatum) is a multi-stemmed, umbrella-shaped, picturesque, upright, branched, deciduous large shrub with decorative, serrated, bronze-coloured leaves. Its reddish-brown new growth is also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shaded, sheltered position with well-drained, humus-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 3 m and spreads to around 3 m.

Leaves
