Description
The Japanese maple 'Kinran' (Acer palmatum) is a multi-stemmed, umbrella-shaped, picturesque, upright, branched, deciduous large shrub with decorative, cut, bronze-coloured leaves. The red-brown shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady, wind-protected location with well-drained, humus-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 3 metres and grows to a width of around 3 metres.
