Description
The Norway maple 'Drummondii' (Acer platanoides) is a dense, pyramidal, deciduous small tree with decorative, light green leaves with a white margin. The light pink-coloured shoots are also an interesting sight. It also bears greenish-yellow flowers arranged in umbels from April to May. Brown winged fruits emerge from these. In a sunny to semi-shady location, it usually reaches a height of around 12 metres and is around 9 metres wide. The Norway maple 'Drummondii' makes no particular demands on the soil.
