Description
The Norway maple 'Emerald Queen' (Acer platanoides) is a roundish tree that produces greenish-yellow flowers arranged in umbels. They appear in April. These produce brown winged fruits. The Norway maple 'Emerald Queen' also has shiny, dark green leaves. The bright red shoots are also an interesting sight. Its bark is dark grey and longitudinally furrowed.
