Description
The Norway maple 'Schwedleri' (Acer platanoides) is a conical, broad, large tree that produces red-yellow flowers arranged in umbels. They appear from April to May. The Norway maple 'Schwedleri' also has bronze-green, red-veined leaves. The blood-red shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady location, it usually reaches a height of around 20 metres and grows to a width of around 13 metres. The Norway maple 'Schwedleri' makes no particular demands on the soil.
