Description
The Red maple 'Redpointe'® (Acer rubrum) is a broad, pyramidal small tree that produces red flowers arranged in umbrella clusters. They appear from March to April. The Red maple 'Redpointe'® also has shiny, palmate, dark green leaves. Its bark is silver-grey. In a sunny location with lime-free, nutrient-rich, moist to wet, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of around 15 metres and grows to a width of around 10 metres.
