Description
The Tonkin maple (Acer tonkinense) is an upright garden plant that produces light yellow flowers. They appear from April to May. The Tonkin maple also has dark green leaves. The purple-red shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of around 12 metres.
