Description
The Monkshood 'Spark' (Aconitum henryi) is an upright, loose perennial that forms purple, funnel-shaped flowers arranged in panicles from July to August. Its palmate, pinnate leaves are dark green. In a semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows to a width of approx. 40 cm. The Monkshood 'Spark' is well tolerant of frost.
