Description
The Variegated slender sweet flag 'Variegatus' (Acorus calamus) with its medium green leaves with a creamy white border is an extremely decorative aquatic plant that is particularly suitable for areas such as pond edges, streams, tubs and ponds. Greenish-yellow flowers appear from June to July. It prefers nutrient-rich soil in a sunny to semi-shady position. The Variegated slender sweet flag 'Variegatus' is well tolerant of frost. The upright, runner-forming plant usually reaches a height of approx. 80 cm.
