Description
The Horse chestnut (Aesculus x arnoldiana) is a bushy, compact garden plant that produces yellow-red flowers. They appear from April to May. The Horse chestnut also has fingered, dark green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 4 metres and grows to a width of around 3.5 metres.
