Description
The Indian horse chestnut (Aesculus indica) is an upright, roundish garden plant that produces white flowers arranged in panicles. They appear from June to July. These produce brown-green, oval fruits from September. The Indian horse chestnut also has palmate, dark green leaves. Its bark is grey-green. In a sunny location with well-drained, moist to wet soil, it usually reaches a height of around 30 metres and grows to a width of around 30 metres.
