Description
The Anise hyssop (Agastache foeniculum) is an upright, clump-forming perennial that produces purple flowers arranged in panicles with a pleasant fragrance from June to September. Its egg-shaped, serrated leaves are medium green in colour. In a sunny location with well-drained, sandy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.2 m and grows to a width of approx. 50 cm. The Anise hyssop is well tolerant of frost.
