Description
The Bugle 'Multicolor' (Ajuga reptans) is a creeping, carpet-like, winter-green perennial that forms blue-violet, lip-shaped flowers arranged in whorls from April to May. Its shiny, egg-shaped, whole-margined leaves are multi-coloured. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 20 cm and is approx. 25 cm wide. The Bugle 'Multicolor' is well tolerant of frost.
