Description
The Bugle 'Variegata' (Ajuga reptans) is a creeping, winter-green perennial with decorative, glossy, ovate, whole-margined, mid-green leaves with creamy white margins. From April to May, it bears purple, lip-shaped flowers arranged in whorls. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 15 cm and grows to a width of approx. 25 cm. The Bugle 'Variegata' is well tolerant of frost.
