Description
The Hollyhock 'Chater´s Rose' (Alcea rosea) is an upright, clump-forming perennial that produces pink, cup-shaped flowers in clusters from July to September. Its rounded, lobed leaves are medium green. In a sunny position with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 2 m and spreads to approx. 60 cm. The Hollyhock 'Chater´s Rose' is highly frost-hardy.

Synonyms (botanical): Althaea rosea, Althaea sinensis.
