Description
With its dark green leaves, the Narrow-leaved water plantain (Alisma lanceolatum) is a highly decorative aquatic plant that is particularly suitable for use in ponds, aquariums, edging, pond edges and streams. Light pink-coloured flowers appear from July to August. It prefers well-drained, lime-free soil in a sunny to semi-shady position. The Narrow-leaved water plantain is well tolerant of frost. The rosette-like plant usually reaches a height of approx. 70 cm.
