Description
The Black garlic (Allium nigrum) produces attractive, white flowers from May to June. It prefers a well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny position. The upright plant usually reaches a height of 0.8 - 1 m and grows up to 20 cm wide.
