Description
The Alder-leaved serviceberry 'Honeywood'(s) (Amelanchier alnifolia) is an upright, multi-stemmed shrub or large shrub that produces creamy white flowers arranged in clusters. They appear from the end of April to the beginning of May. These produce black-blue, round fruits from August. In a sunny to semi-shady location, it usually reaches a height of approx. 3 metres and is approx. 2.5 metres wide. The Alder-leaved serviceberry 'Honeywood'(s) makes no particular demands on the soil.
