The Snowy mespilus 'Prince William' (Amelanchier lamarckii) produces dark blue, large fruits. They have a sweet, aromatic flavour. Well-drained, humus-rich, loose soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create the ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from June. Its creamy white flowers are a beautiful sight.
