Description
The Japanese anemone 'Splendens' (Anemone hupehensis) produces striking, pink, slightly fragrant flowers from August to October. It prefers well-drained, humus-rich soil in a sunny to semi-shaded position. This rhizome-forming, upright, slender plant usually reaches a height of 1–1.2 m and spreads up to 1 m wide.
