Description
The Wood anemone 'Royal Blue' (Anemone nemorosa) is a creeping, rhizome-forming perennial that produces blue, cup-shaped flowers from March to April. Its trifoliate leaves are dark green. In a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained, humus-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 10 cm and is approx. 20 cm wide. The Wood anemone 'Royal Blue' is well tolerant of frost.
