Description
The Cow parsley (Anthriscus sylvestris) is an upright perennial that forms white flowers arranged in umbels from April to June. Its pinnate leaves are dark green. In a sunny location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.2 metres and is approx. 60 cm wide. The Cow parsley is well tolerant of frost.
