Description
The Brazilian monkey-puzzle (Araucaria angustifolia) is a shrub that grows bizarrely and usually reaches a height of around 4 metres and a width of around 3 metres. Its needle-shaped, scale-like leaves have a medium green colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, nutrient-rich, slightly acidic soil in a sunny to semi-shady position.
