Description
The Sea thrift 'Splendens' (Armeria maritima) is an upright, clump-forming, winter-green perennial that produces dark pink, ball-shaped flowers from May to June. Its linear leaves are dark green. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich, sandy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 15 cm and is approx. 20 cm wide. The Sea thrift 'Splendens' is well tolerant of frost.
