Description
The Red chokeberry (Aronia arbutifolia) produces red fruits. They have a sweet-sour, tart flavour. Well-drained, humus-rich, loose soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create the ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from August. Its light pink flowers are a beautiful sight. The Red chokeberry grows to around 2 m high and 1.5 m wide.
