Description
The Purple chokeberry (Aronia x prunifolia) produces black fruits. They have a sweet and sour flavour. Well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create the ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from September. Its white flowers are a beautiful sight. With its upright growth, the Purple chokeberry grows to around 4 m high and 2.5 m wide.
