Description
With its green, white striped leaf colouring, Giant Reed (Arundo donax) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also stands out with its upright and runner-forming growth. The purple-red flower fronds adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny location with humus-rich soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 3 m and grows up to 2 m wide.
