The Swamp milkweed 'Soulmate' (Asclepias incarnata) is a bushy, upright perennial that produces pink-coloured, star-shaped flowers arranged in umbels with a pleasant fragrance from June to August. Decorative fruits develop from the flowers in September. Its linear leaves are medium green in colour. In a sunny location with well-drained, loose, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows to a width of approx. 90 cm.
