Description
The Hart's tongue fern (Asplenium scolopendrium) with its glossy, linear, light green leaf fronds is a decorative design element in the garden. It feels most at home in a semi-shady to shady location with a well-drained, humus-rich, calcareous soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy fern reaches a height of approx. 60 cm and grows up to 40 cm wide.
