Description
The Aster 'Ashvi' (Aster ageratoides) is an upright, roundish, winter-green perennial that produces white, capitate flowers arranged in umbels with a pleasant fragrance from September to November. Its egg-shaped leaves are medium green in colour. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows to a width of approx. 60 cm. The Aster 'Ashvi' is well tolerant of frost.
