Description
Masterwort 'Red Joyce' (Astrantia major) is an upright perennial that produces purplish-pink, star-shaped flowers arranged in umbels from June to July. Its palmate leaves are medium green. In a semi-shaded position with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and spreads to approx. 30 cm. The Masterwort 'Red Joyce' is highly frost-tolerant.
