Description
Largest masterwort (Astrantia maxima) is an upright, stolon-forming perennial that produces pink flowers arranged in umbels from June to July. Its trifoliate leaves are medium green. In a sunny to semi-shaded position with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 60 cm and spreads to approx. 50 cm. The Largest masterwort is highly frost-hardy.
