Description
The Japanische Aucube 'Pepperspot' (Aucuba japonica) is an upright, broad garden plant with decorative, red fruits. It produces purple-red flowers from April to May. The Japanische Aucube 'Pepperspot' also has lanceolate, green-yellow leaves. In a semi-shady to shady, wind-protected location with well-drained, humus-rich, sandy, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 2 metres and grows to around 3 metres wide.
