Description
The Kleinblättrige Azara 'Variegata' (Azara microphylla) is a very popular, evergreen container plant that can produce red fruit if well cared for. Its yellow flowers appear from February to April. They exude a pleasant fragrance. The dark green leaves are oval and glossy, leathery. The location should be semi-shady to shady and sheltered. A well-drained and humus-rich soil is ideal. Under favourable conditions, the Kleinblättrige Azara 'Variegata' reaches a height of approx. 4.5 m and grows up to 2 m wide.
