Description
The Barberry 'Red Jewel' (Berberis x media) is a dense, roundish garden plant that produces yellow flowers. They appear from May to June. The Barberry 'Red Jewel' also has egg-shaped, dark red leaves. In a sunny to shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 2.5 metres and grows to a width of approx. 4 metres.
