Description
The Heart-leaf bergenia 'Baby Doll' (Bergenia cordifolia) is a compact, winter-green perennial with decorative, roundish, medium-green leaves. From April to May, it bears light pink, bell-shaped flowers arranged in umbels. Repeated flowering occurs from November to December with the right care. In a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 30 cm and grows approx. 30 cm wide. The Heart-leaf bergenia 'Baby Doll' is well tolerant of frost.
