The Spinach beet 'Rhubarb Chard' (Beta vulgaris) is a savoury tasting vegetable plant. Its leaves can be harvested as soon as it has reached approx. 30 cm. A sunny location and well-drained, nutrient-rich soil are required for optimum growth of the Spinach beet 'Rhubarb Chard'.
