Description
The Silver birch 'Fastigiata' (Betula pendula) is a large columnar tree that produces greenish-yellow flowers. They appear from March to April. The Silver birch 'Fastigiata' also has triangular, light green leaves. Its bark is white, rolling. In a sunny location, it usually reaches a height of approx. 20 m and is approx. 6 m wide. The Silver birch 'Fastigiata' makes no special demands on the soil.
