Description
The Himalayan birch (Betula utilis) is an upright, loose garden plant that produces yellow flowers. They appear in April. The Himalayan birch also has matt, egg-shaped, dark green leaves. In a sunny location with well-drained, sandy, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 15 metres and grows to a width of around 10 metres.
