Description
The Zwerg-Baumfarn 'Volcano' (Blechnum brasiliense) is a decorative houseplant with its feathery, medium green leaf fronds. Interesting details are the light green leaf stalks and the brown-purple coloured shoots. It feels most at home in a light to shady location and in well-drained, nutrient-rich, acidic soil. Under favourable conditions, this fern reaches a height of approx. 50 cm and grows up to 50 cm wide.
