Description
The Red cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. capitata) is an aromatic tasting vegetable plant. Its leaves can be harvested as soon as it has reached approx. 40 cm. A sunny location and well-drained, nutrient-rich soil are required for optimum growth of Red cabbage.
