Description
The Siberian bugloss 'Sea Heart' (Brunnera macrophylla) is a spreading, broad perennial with decorative, heart-shaped, silver-white leaves with dark green veins. From April to May, it bears blue, wheel-shaped flowers arranged in panicles. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and is approx. 40 cm wide. The Siberian bugloss 'Sea Heart' is well tolerant of frost.
