Siberian bugloss 'Silver Heart' (Brunnera macrophylla) is a spreading, broad-growing perennial with decorative, heart-shaped, silvery leaves featuring dark green veins. From April to May, it bears blue, wheel-shaped flowers arranged in panicles. In a sunny to semi-shaded position with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and spreads to approx. 40 cm. The Siberian bugloss 'Silver Heart' is highly frost-hardy.
